If your insurance is not listed above and you are interested in receiving speech-language services, please contact the office to inquire about session rates. Payment (co-pays, co-insurance and any other therapy session fees) is due in full at the time of services and is accepted in the form of all major credit cards.
Patients may be provided with an invoice for each therapy session with appropriate diagnostic and therapy codes to submit to his/her own insurance provider for reimbursement upon request.
It is the patient’s responsibility to contact his/her insurance provider to inquire about insurance benefits, reimbursements, co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles not only for speech-language assessments/evaluations, but for speech-language therapy
